There was a post a few months ago wondering what the middle lights do on last generation BMW’s. I found out last night, when parking.
The centre light is your parking and turning corner light. I only noticed it as I was parelle parking last night. Each light turns on as you rotate the wheel and initiate a turn. They will both turn on when you put the car into reverse and begin backing up.

After over 4 years of ownership, I recently figured out how to turn on the foglights in my Mustang.

Dang, I must have missed that post. My car does that. Pretty nifty. Definitely didn’t know it did that when I first bought it. Also never had a car with adaptive headlights, so the first evening after I brought it home I went weaving back and forth on the road in my neighborhood to watch the headlights move back and forth. I’m 32 and that one thing turned me into a 5 year old.

Guess you never really needed them.

No, they’re basically just there.
